Jared was referred by another over-the-road trucker to visit Toledo Spring, Brake and Alignment when he had a run that took him through the Toledo area. He was very concerned about a problem with the suspension on his truck having just replaced his drive tires, plus an annoying rattle that no one had been able to find up until now.

After hearing Jared's concerns about his truck our shop foreman suggested complete diagnosis on the Vehicle Inspection Station.

Our in-depth diagnosis of Jared's truck took 15 minutes and revealed the annoying rattle was coming from the right front hub-cap and his truck's rear suspension pins and bushings were worn. Our check of the suspension indicated that 3 pins and bushings were marginal and 1 was very bad with replacement needed as soon as possible. Jared said " When you hear something from the cab you can't hang your head out the window to determine exactly where the noise is coming from. The VIS Check really points it out. The rattle was from my hubcap but the worn out rear pins really upset me due to the fact that I had just spent $3000 dollars on new drive tires. The VIS Check saved my investment!!!"
